THREE KINDS OF INFORMATION. THREE WAYS TO ANSWER.

The right method
for the question.

Read what the documents say. Calculate what the numbers show. Match the records you need.

DOCUMENTS

Answers with their sources.

Ask across selected documents. Eforge retrieves relevant passages and uses them to build a cited answer, with the source material close at hand.

DATA GRIDS

Questions become calculations.

Ask about the table and inspect the calculated result. A sheet definition describes what each row means and how measures should be counted.

EXAMPLE QUESTION OR CONDITIONWhich projects have spent more than 55% of their annual budget?

STRUCTURED RECORDS

Find exact matches.

Combine conditions on dates, numbers, statuses, and other fields. Field search matches the values in your records directly, without AI interpretation.

KEEP THE WORK WITH THE EVIDENCE

From a result
to a shared decision.

A budget figure, a supplier response, and a project report all have context. Keep their connections and the work that follows in Eforge.

01

Find what needs attention

Query a budget grid, inspect the calculation, and compare it with a compatible grid from another period.

02

Read the evidence

Open the linked project records and documents. Ask a question and follow the cited passages.

03

Record the next step

Write the decision in a document, link its sources, and create a ticket for the follow-up work.

More ways to work with your information

Whiteboards, PDF tools, image generation, and text to speech are also available in the workspace.

A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Getting to know Eforge.

What is Eforge?

Eforge brings your team’s documents, spreadsheets, and structured records together. Ask questions with cited answers, calculate results from your data, and find records using precise field conditions. Linked information, forms, charts, and workflow boards keep the surrounding work connected.

Is it for individuals or businesses?

Eforge is built for teams managing documents and data together. Independent professionals can also use it for their own research, records, and analysis.

What do you mean by structured records?

A structured record is information stored in named fields, such as a client, project, asset, or research sample. In Eforge, field objects sit alongside documents and spreadsheets, so you can work with the details as well as the files.

Can I turn my fields into a form?

Yes. Create a form from a fields template, choose the sections recipients complete, and invite them by email. Each recipient uses a private link and an email verification code, without needing an Eforge account. Responses become structured records in your chosen vault, with optional attachments and proof of submission. Internal review sections stay with your team.

How does Eforge answer different kinds of questions?

Document questions use retrieved passages to produce cited answers. Grid questions run calculations on the table, with the statement and results available to inspect. Field searches match exact conditions on records without using AI.

How can I assess an answer?

Open the cited sources for a document answer. For a grid answer, inspect the Computed with statement, result rows, and sheet definition to check the calculation and its interpretation. Citations and successful calculations make the basis visible; they do not guarantee that an answer captures everything you intended.

Can my AI tool create documents and update tickets?

Yes. Connect a compatible AI tool through MCP using Eforge sign-in or an agent key. Personal keys can create and edit editor documents in selected sources you can edit, work on tickets you created or are assigned to, and post to their discussions. Document edits have restorable History; ticket field changes identify the key in History. Shared keys only read. Agent access is currently a Business capability, and the workspace owner can disable all agent writing while permitted reading continues.

What does early access include?

Request an invitation and receive updates about availability. Access is offered as it becomes available; requesting it does not start a paid subscription. Plans, usage allowances, and pricing will be shared before you choose a subscription.

Can I learn more about security and data handling?

Eforge includes vaults and permission controls for organizing access to information. Detailed security, hosting, retention, and commercial terms will be shared during early access so you can assess Eforge against your requirements.
